The 3,400 square foot home features a peaceful setting and provides a perfect venue for a relaxing vacation base or corporate executive retreat.  Comfortably sleeping 10, the large living and formal dining areas provide ample meeting space and the family room with wet bar and two wood burning stoves a cozy evening retreat. 

There is a pull-thru at Reynolds Landing for easy entrance and exit for autos and boats.  Space is available to park 2-3 boats. There is a free public boat launch ramp located across the river in the county park makes for easy access to the river for those who enjoy water sports. 

Another special feature is the preserve at Woodson Bridge State Park located within walking distance of Reynolds Landing.  This dense native riparian forest is a winter home to the Bald Eagle and a summer nest site for Yellow Billed Cuckoo.  This jungle like grove displays some of the last remaining riparian habitat to be found in California.

There is an ideal spot overlooking the river for a large RV. Water and electricity are available although sewage would have to be kept internal.
